I drive by that building every day and I was wondering what it was. I love the grocery store sign on the front also.

Yeah! I passed this the other morning on my way to work. What a hidden treasure. I know the guy that owns this building -- he's so lucky! I loved the grocery sign out front as well. I hope there's a way to preserve the signage while keeping it viewable.
