Heather · 2 months agoA friend of mine teaches in one of the poorer schools in Metro, and buys pencils, notebooks, and other supplies out of her own pocket because the kids can't afford them. It's infuriating to me that Metro employees would have such little regard for taxpayer money and for the students who aren't getting what they need because of these ripoffs. With so many people out of work right now, why not fire these employees and give their jobs to folks who are a little more honest?
