Perish the thought!  I don't think I've ever seen a police officer drive the posted speed limit, since the boys in blue, being the law, are obviously themselves above it.  And what can we do?  If we attempt a citizen's arrest, we get arrested for use of force on/harassing an officer.  Kudos to this video vigilante on calling out one of "the finest".
